Paper chains can be made two dierent ways. The easy way is to join strips of paper made into circles like rings. Another way is to fold strips of paper, then draw a picture. You must make sure your picture touches the sides of the folded paper. Then you cut around the picture without cutting the part that touches the folds. When you open it up, the sides are joined into a chain.
